IN HOME CARE - Basingstoke

Coffee Afternoons and Client Birthday

We recently had a coffee afternoon with our new client, Ian, who is 35 years old and has complex autism and learning difficulties. Pictured are Ian’s dad Stuart on the left, Ian in the middle, and our carer Ashleigh on the right. Ashleigh has been doing an excellent job, and Stuart shared that Ian has made amazing progress since we took over his care in May. Ian is now more engaged, interactive, and settled thanks to our dedicated care.

This is one of our client’s Tim, who we are excited to celebrate his birthday with him on July 9th. Tim, a wonderful client who has mild learning difficulties but an amazing memory, is very special to us.

To make his day extra special, Rae, one of our team members who took a lovely picture with Tim, will visit him with a chocolate cake and some presents. His kind neighbours are also planning a BBQ at his place.

Tim’s friendly nature makes him a favourite among our team, and we are happy to celebrate his big day with him. This event shows the strong bonds we have with our clients and the community and that we go beyond just providing care; we build meaningful relationships and celebrate important moments. Tim’s birthday is a great example of how we genuinely care for our clients. Seeing the community come together to make his day special highlights the supportive and caring environment we create every day. These moments remind us why our work is so rewarding and important.

Sandra, a lovely client in Basingstoke, enjoys regular companionship visits. Though she’s active and mobile, she values the company of our team. Sandra has been with us for six months, and our visits brighten her days. Rea, one of our caring team members, is pictured with Sandra, showing the strong bonds we form with our clients. These visits provide social interaction and enhance Sandra’s well-being.
