Hourly Care Morning, Day and Evening
Companionship: Personal Care: Social Care: Private care: Medication
We can provide care from only 30 minutes to as many hours as may be required between the hours 6 am to 11 pm, every day of the week, 365 days of the year. The amount of time required is generally based on the actual care needs, physical and emotional, and the mobility of the client.
For example: to assist with a daily wash and dress, with someone with some mobility issues this would require at least one hour possibly one and half. For someone who would require only their breakfast prepared and served and also their bed made this would likely be 30 minutes.
Overnights awake or asleep
Post Hospital Care: Illness: Dementia Care: Respite and Relief at Night Care: Disability Care:
We provide cover during the night for those who suffer with serious illnesses such as Dementia. For those who cannot sleep as well, or those who need someone to watch over them and be ‘on-call’ should they wake during the night. We also have care workers who will ‘sleep over’ and can be on hand should the toilet be needed in the early hours, whatever your need we are able to help. If an asleep care worker is required then a bed and bedroom would be required for our care worker, if awake carer is required this is not necessary.
Live In Care
Respite Care at Home: Holiday Cover: Alternative to Residential Care: After Hospital Care:
This is a package that provides companionship and practical support on a ‘live in’ basis. Our carer would ‘live in’ the same home as the client, they would be ‘on hand’ to provide what has been assessed with regards to care needs. This really is the better alternative to residential care. It provides ‘one to one’ dedicated care at home to those most vulnerable in our society.
For example: to assist with daily routines, getting up and out of bed, assistance with meals, light housework duties, companionship and conversation, shopping and errands, administration needs and emotional and physical requirements.
Most care packages would rotate a couple of ‘English speaking’ care workers usually on a 2 weekly rotas although varying packages are derived depending on the package complexity.
The carers would require their own bedroom and TV, 2 hours break per day, and be allowed at least 8 hours sleep at night, with a maximum of 2 toilet breaks during the night.
Things can take a turn for the worse very quickly, it might be a fall that triggers illness or a loss of confidence, we can help with this. We can be there quickly, to cover until loved ones arrive or ongoing to keep spirits up and ensure care is delivered consistently.
Rates vary dependent on the care required, care charges range from £14 to £28 per hour, live in care packages are from £795 per week. We take on Social Care packages as well as Private care clients.
